A Legacy of Southern Cooking Since 1972

Bobbie’s Cafe isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a family tradition that has been passed down for generations. It all started in 1972 when Bob and Vida Condra purchased the well-known Bob Jones “Truck Stop.” Not long after, their daughter Bobbie and her husband, Santos Padilla, took over and moved the restaurant to a new home on South Flores in 1986. That’s where Bobbie’s Cafe became a favorite for folks looking for classic Southern meals made with care.
